José Padilha of Narcos and Elite Squad fame has his eyes set on the Spring of next year with a look at the new high-flying political thriller, 7 Days in Entebbe. Focus Features is opening the film on March 16 with Daniel Brühl and Rosamund Pike starring from a script by '71 scrive Gregory Burke.
A gripping thriller inspired by the true events of the 1976 hijacking of an Air France flight en route from Tel Aviv to Paris, the film depicts the most daring rescue mission ever attempted.
Also starring are Eddie Marsan, Ben Schnetzer, Lior Ashkenazi, and Denis Ménochet. Don't miss the first international trailer below.
