My weekend was slow, but unnecessarily relaxing. Part of it included getting the prizes ready from our recent Blu-Ray giveaways for Iron Protector and The Prison and the latter contest ends in a matter of hours... I'm JUST saying...
By the by, the Hit List is back and fashioning another round of great stunt reels and some of today's best in independent online action. Caitlin Huston jumpstarts the week with her latest parkour reel followed by actor Tien Hoang brandishing some sharp weaponry in his new training demo. Rounding out this segment are reels courtesy of Aaron Hawley, Kaiser Tin-U, Lloyd Pitts, Justin Yu, Chase Penny and Spidey Turner, and choreography reels by Indonesia-based Ultimate Stunt Fighter, and Atlanta's own J.A. Crooms.

The weekend didn't bring much to offer in promotional materials, but I'm pretty certain Zack Snyder had that covered by Monday. The man helping to bring DC's Justice League to life at Warner Bros. Pictures teased netizens over the weekend with a different kind of audience for the upcoming shortfilm, Snow Steam Iron.
Actress and stunt woman Samantha Jo (Mortal Kombat Legacy 1 & 2, Man Of Steel, 300: Rise Of An Empire) shared a few stills via Instagram while Snyder left fans a hearty poster on Twitter to mull over. Nothing more, nothing else. Just images of something eerie, gripping and intriguing enough to get your attention... And then Snyder obliged fans with a brand new teaser on Twitter ahead of the shortfilm's release on mobile social media app, Vero.

At long last, it's time to get the action going and we begin with a vimeo exclusive from HeliPOV and 3RUN with the new action short, Savages, from Dave Young, Adam Brashaw and Chase Armitage.

Darren Holmquist goes pound-for-pound with a little ground-and-pound over at his channel opposite Bryan Dodds and Donovan Law, right before Angela Lynn settles a score with David Norton in the name of chivalry in James Couche's new short, Iron Jade, Dante W Ha contemplates renegade justice with virulent resolve and Korean cinematic aesthetics in David Conk's new thriller, Havoc, and Bruno Prilip Do Carmo takes on a hungry hitman with a connoiseur's taste for steak in Renan Da Silva Medeiros's newest Online Action Project entry, Cook Or Kill.
Rounding out the playlist is actor and filmmaker Robert Samuels (H.K.S.A.), fresh this week from the most recent trailer debut in Newark, New Jersey for his upcoming feature action thriller, Jun, starring Cheyenne Tang. In the meantime, he's leapt from the dailies of Hong Kong cinema and onto the on-set shenanigans of the action-tethered independent film crew of Art School Dropouts with their new short, I Need A Hero, with performances by Joey Min and YouTube personality Chi Kayla a.k.a. VietEnglish with bearded girldudes Angela Jordan and Stephanie Pham, and real-life dudes Eric Fuchs and Moses Opawumi.
That's it for this week. I was gonna add something from the RackaRacka channel but you honestly don't need any more reasons to see a psychiatrist...otherwise finding their crazy ass channel isn't that hard . Neither is clicking here for last week's Hit List which has plenty more of what you crave in the best of online action.
