Director Miike Takashi's Blade Of The Immortal is opening in Japan on April 29, and a slate of new character promos are now online to view below and share. Oddly enough there are hardly any posters, save for a new cast image that arrived with the launch of its official website earlier this year but hopefully that will change.
Leading the way for the new promos now listed in the following playlist are actress Toda Erika, and actors Fukushi Sota, Ichara Hayato and Tanaka Min among others comprising the raft of players in the film about an afflicted immortal samurai protecting a vengeful young girl whose parents were caught in the bloody campaign of the notorious Itto Ryu. Actor Kimura Takuya and actress Sugisaki Hana lead cast inspired by the 1993 manga from author Samura Hiroaki.
