I absolutely loved this film as a kid - Yes, I was barely 8 or 9 when this movie came out but by then I had watched so many R-rated movies that I became desensitized, and even drew a deep appreciation for people like Paul Verhoeven who directed the first RoboCop, as well as Total Recall which I watched just as religiously.
